The Place to be at Christmas

Botriphnie is the place to be at Christmas.

It started off with a Snowman Drive for children and their family on the Friday before the last week of term. A fun time was had by everyone and the mince pies and shortbread went down a treat.

The following Monday the children put on 2 performances of their Christmas show - A Magical Christmas Journey. It was truly magical. The Christmas trees donated by Drummuir Estate helped to decorate the hall and get everyone in the mood for Christmas. Lots of sparkly lights, good acting and fabulous singing. What more could anyone want?

At the end of the afternoon performance, Miss Findlay kindly presented Cassie with her Reading Challenge trophy for reaching 100 points ( and she's only in P5!) Very well done Cassie.

On the last day of term it was party time. A morning of games and dancing gave the children a huge appetite, which is just as well, as they then were treated to a buffet lunch.

If that wasn't enough, Santa then made a special stop over in Drummuir to visit the children.

It was a lovely way to end the day and term.
